It can be disassembled and assembled in another\nplace if wanted. There is no need\nfor any special floor covering during the installation of\nthe system. The height of\nthe seating section, the height and width of the risers\nvary according to the project. Wood to be used\nas a platform flooring material is 12mm-thick, waterproof\nand resistant to high load, moisture, dirt, acid, damp,\nsweet and salt water. (Different alternatives can be\noffered as per our customers’ request.) The sections of\nthe tribune that are higher than the ground will be\nsecured by the railing system.<\/p>\n All steel\nconstruction system is covered with hot dip galvanizing\nmethod. The steel construction that is coated with this\nmethod increases the protection against corrosion to a\nminimum of 15 years. When the steel\nconstruction parts of the removable tribune are assembled\nto each other, the system is continued to be mounted in\none direction and the whole system is repeated to the end\nof the tribune so that no part can be removed. It\neliminates the possibility of theft and sabotage. Tribune\nmanufacturing is subject to an significant static and\ndynamic load as it will carry many people on it at the\nsame time. Design, manufacturing and installation must be\nvery careful.<\/p>\n The static\ncalculations of the projects must be approved by a\ntechnical university with a competency of static reports.
\nThere are no welded joints during assembly.
\nDuring the installation of the system, no consumables are\nused such as welding, rivets, nuts or bolts etc. The whole\nsystem is connected by interlocking method.
\nIn the system, we use carrier leaf springs, diagonal\nconnecting rods, connection apparatus and riser elements.
\nThe frame of the system is made of hot roll-formed square\nand rectangular profiles and welded industrial pipes.\nThese materials used as structural steel are St.37 and DIN\n2394 (EN 10305-3: 2004) and DIN 2395 (EN 10219-2-1997)\nstandards compatible.
\nThe manufacture of the parts will be made with gas welding\nand CO2 is used as protective gas. The method of gas\nwelding is according to TS 5618 EN 440 -DIN 8559 – AWS 5,\n18, BS EN 288 part 3 1988 and TS 5618 EN 440 standards.<\/p>\n
\nIt can be installed on any leveled floor.
\nIn addition, the adjustment screws used to prevent the\nfloor faults also prevent the legs of the tribune from\nsinking on unstable ground.<\/p>\n
\nSeat height is 45 cm.

\nThe walkway substructure consists of a minimum of 3 box\nprofiles.

\nHot dip galvanizing shall comply with TS 914 EN ISO 1461\n(E), DIN EN 1461 Standards.<\/p>\n
\nIt is important that the contractor firm, which will carry\nout the production and assembly of the project, is a\nspecialized manufacturer. The contractor firm must have\nmanufacturer certificates for portable stand, telescopic\nstand and a mobile tribune from the chamber of industry\nand commerce.
\nThe contractor firm, which will carry out the production\nand assembly of the project, must have a capacity report\nand an industrial registry certificate issued by the\nchamber of industry and commerce in the name of the\ncontractor.
